## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in technology transformation, consulting or enterprise architecture
 * Strong ServiceNow experience with exposure across multiple modules
 * Experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation programmes
 * Strong knowledge of workflow design and process automation
 * Experience in at least two of the following:
 + ServiceNow consulting or implementation
 + AI, GenAI or enterprise automation
 + Conversational AI or virtual agents
 + Enterprise architecture, integrations or data
 * Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles
 * Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
 * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
 * Experience supporting proposals, sales activities or pre-sales engagements

## Description

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on helping organisations move beyond traditional IT service management and use ServiceNow as a platform for enterprise automation, AI-enabled workflows and productivity transformation.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to define AI strategies, design automation roadmaps and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions using AI, GenAI and workflow automation.

What you'll be doing:

 * Define and shape enterprise AI and automation strategies using ServiceNow
 * Advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models, governance, risk and business value
 * Design AI-enabled ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions
 * Support the implementation of Now Assist, AI Control Tower and Agentic AI use cases
 * Design data, integration and workflow architectures for AI-enabled solutions
 * Develop conversational AI, enterprise search and knowledge automation use cases
 * Support AI-driven employee productivity and self-service initiatives
 * Contribute to large-scale digital and technology transformation programmes
 * Help develop AI-enabled target operating models
 * Ensure solutions follow strong governance, architecture and best practice
 * Contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations and solution pitches
 * Support the development of new ServiceNow AI offerings and accelerators
