If you are a keen problem solver, can communicate complex ideas to others and have experience and/or interest in tech and eCommerce, this role might be for you. We've been early adopters of AI technology as a business, and we need that same mindset in you. This isn't a nice-to-have, we're looking for genuine AI users with real fluency across AI tools, people who think AI as a natural part of how they work, not just someone who's dabbled. No two days will be the same. You'll work with clients, developers, designers and other project managers to deliver exciting eCommerce projects., * Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, managing a portfolio of B2C/B2B eCommerce accounts and growing them by delivering real value * Support the delivery of end-to-end web and software projects, from requirements gathering through to launch, coordinating designers, developers, clients and finance along the way * Translate client requirements into clear functional specifications using tools like Git and Asana, test delivered work against them, and troubleshoot when things don't go to plan * Configure and set up eCommerce platforms, themes and third party apps and extensions, and integrate with providers such as payment gateways, ERPs and logistics systems * Get hands on and work on platform migrations, integration data mapping etc * Continuously identify eCommerce growth opportunities for clients, building these into a backlog of work and a development roadmap * Support the sales process, from scoping and quotations through to proof of concepts and pitching additional work * Support magic42's own website and marketing * Support fellow Project Managers with writing up requirements and replicating issues * Proactively flag any suboptimal internal processes and suggest improvements * Provide regular business reporting and insights to your Senior Client Operations Manager and clients * Use AI tools day to day to work smarter, from speeding up research and requirements writing to solving problems faster Requirements About YOU and your background: * You might be an Account Manager at an agency with brilliant organisational skills looking to get more hands-on and have technical interest and/or experience * Maybe you've built and project managed websites, understand users, their intentions and how to drive conversions, and want to dive deeper into how it all works * Perhaps you work in eCommerce at a retailer, but have worked with stakeholders, agencies and developers to deliver changes and projects * Perhaps you've done some development or technical support, but enjoy the business facing side more Our culture revolves around our people and we are committed to the continuous development of our team members.
