## About the Role

As the Senior Data Scientist you will have an outstanding technical degree from a known leading university. Either you have gone on to complete a PhD or you have equivalent exposure to developing algorithms requiring a close relationship to a hardware device of some nature.

## Description

Being the only data scientist in the team you will need to possess the confidence and knowledge to carry out the requirements of the position as outlined below:

 * Application of techniques such as regression, clustering and machine learning
 * Data manipulation and data features extraction
 * Principal component analysis
 * Extracting and clearly presenting useful information from data
 * Using Python for data analysis and GUI implementation
 * Database development and management (mySQL, AWS RDS, serverless, lambda, EC2)
 * Source code version control (Bitbucket, GitHub)
