You will need to be passionate about your work and an excellent problem solver. Able not just to think through a problem, but also to design and run experiments that are able to illuminate the challenges and help guide you towards a solution. You will also need to be a good communicator, able to explain your work to both technical and non-technical audiences., * Excellent degree in Engineering or Physics from a top university, higher honours such as a master's or PhD's will be well received.
