## About the Role

* Previous helpdesk, service desk, or call centre experience.
 * Facilities Management experience.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and database/CAFM systems.
 * Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
 * Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.

Desirable

 * Experience with CAFM or similar facilities management systems.
 * Administrative experience within an estates or facilities environment.

## Description

* Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
 * Log and manage service requests through CAFM systems.
 * Raise and track work orders, providing timely updates to customers.
 * Coordinate meeting room bookings and associated services.
 * Support events and provide general administrative support.
 * Maintain records, asset registers, and internal signage.
 * Escalate service issues and assist in resolving customer complaints.
