## About the Role

? Proven experience leading data migration workstreams within Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll implementation
programmes.
? Demonstrable experience working directly with customer source-data teams where the customer owns legacy
extraction activities.
? Experience completing multiple migration cycles from initial mapping through mock loads, validation, reconciliation,
defect resolution, cutover and final production load.
? Track record of personally performing data preparation, file creation, load execution and troubleshooting in addition
to migration coordination.
? Experience presenting migration findings, data defects and resolution options to business users, functional
consultants and programme leadership.
