## About the Role

* Experience with ASP.NET Framework and/or ASP.NET Core
 * Working knowledge of C#
 * Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
 * Familiarity with Entity Framework
 * Basic understanding of web concepts (HTTP, MVC, REST APIs)
 * Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code
 * Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
 * Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
 * Must be based in the United States

Nice-to-Have Experience

 * SQL Server (queries, schema familiarity, basic performance concepts)
 * Experience with or interest in Microsoft Copilot
 * Exposure to Copilot custom agent development
 * Familiarity with Git or other source control systems

## Description

We are looking for a Junior Web Application Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET (Framework and Core) and modern JavaScript-based front-end technologies.

You'll work alongside senior developers and IT leadership to support existing applications, build new features, and gain experience working with production systems in a collaborative, remote environment.

What You'll Do

 * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications built on ASP.NET Framework and ASP.NET Core
 * Write clean, maintainable JavaScript and jQuery for front-end functionality
 * Use Entity Framework to work with relational data
 * Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues
 * Collaborate with team members on feature planning, testing, and code reviews
 * Help improve application performance, security, and usability
 * Learn and grow within established development standards and best practices
