## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must already be held)
 * IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, GSEC, CySA+, CCNA Security, or GICSP)
 * 10+ years System Administrator experience (or 5 additional years in place of degree)
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
 * Windows 11 hardware troubleshooting
 * Linux experience with Ubuntu and Fedora
 * Networking experience with Juniper
 * Windows Server management (DNS, DHCP, AD/GPO, RDS, Hyper V)
 * PowerShell scripting experience, * Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems
 * Ability to perform switch code upgrades (Cisco & Juniper)
 * Strong Windows/Linux troubleshooting skills
 * Familiarity with HP Device Manager or similar RMM tools
 * Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog ng

## Description

Seeking a Level 2 System Administrator to deliver advanced support and optimization across Windows, Linux, and enterprise network infrastructures. This role encompasses Tier 1 and Tier 2 diagnostic operations, complex system troubleshooting, infrastructure configuration and maintenance, and high level escalation management within mission critical environments.

Core Responsibilities

 * Provide support for IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
 * Manage daily configuration and operations of client/server/storage/network systems
 * Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
 * Monitor day to day operations and resolve issues across all devices (servers, networks, mobile)
 * Support escalation workflows and communicate status to internal stakeholders
 * Configure and manage UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems
 * Install and troubleshoot OS software; maintain integrity of network components
 * Optimize system operations; conduct system capacity planning
 * Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets
 * Support dispatch systems and hardware issues throughout resolution
