## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
 * Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
 * Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration.
 * Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
 * Experience supporting iMac and MacBook environments.
 * Experience troubleshooting Chromebooks and Windows laptops.
 * Experience working with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
 * Required expertise with tools like Intune & Autopilot, and SCCM
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 * The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
 * A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
 * Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
 * Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

## Description

As a Helpdesk agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of computer systems within an organization. This role requires a combination of remote assistance through the help desk and on-site support to address hardware and software-related problems. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our client's location in Dayton, OH.
