Conducts comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize product functionality. Creates detailed UX deliverables, including personas, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that communicate product architecture effectively across teams. Influences the evolution of UI patterns, collaborates with content writers to maintain UX integrity, and presents concepts to stakeholders. Plays a pivotal role in setting design standards and mentoring junior designers while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs., * Transform ideas into high-value, user-centered software experiences. * Conduct formal and informal user research and testing; produce professional research reports. * Create comprehensive UX deliverables: personas, site maps, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. * Apply and influence UI pattern creation to ensure consistency across products. * Collaborate with content writers, product managers, developers, and QA to deliver optimized solutions. * Present design concepts and research findings to small project teams. * Participate in Development and QA to ensure design fidelity. * Set and meet quarterly project goals and deadlines; mentor and guide junior designers.
