Qualifications * 3+ years of professional Full Stack development experience preferred. * Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development experience. * Experience building and maintaining production web applications. * Experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks. * Experience designing APIs and relational database architectures. * Practical experience with AI/LLM integrations is strongly preferred. * Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS. * Strong Git-based development workflow experience. * Professional working English. A formal Computer Science degree is welcome, but practical engineering ability, ownership, problem-solving skills, and demonstrated production experience are more important to us than academic credentials alone. ## Description We are looking for a strong, hands-on Full Stack Developer to join Allyable's Product & Engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued development of the Allyable platform while taking an active role in building new AI-powered capabilities and products. This role is ideal for a developer who can work across the full technology stack, take ownership of significant product components, translate product requirements into production-ready solutions, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, accessibility, and company leadership.
