## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in Helpdesk or Field Technician support
 * 3+ years of experience in End-User Hardware Support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices)
 * 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ITSM platforms
 * 3+ years of experience in software deployment, patching, and maintenance
 * Working knowledge of Windows 11 OS, Active Directory administration, and mobile device management (MDM)
 * Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills for technical and non-technical staff
 * Valid Driver's License and active auto insurance (required for regional field travel)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Industry certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL v4, CSAM, CHAMP, or equivalent
 * Experience using Freshservice ITSM/ITAM and NinjaOne RMM
 * Google Workspace administration experience
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager and Field Support Technician to oversee enterprise hardware/software lifecycle operations and deliver hands-on deskside and field technical support across multiple regional offices. This role blends ITAM governance, software compliance, and end-user hardware troubleshooting., * IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage IT hardware and software assets from initial procurement and provisioning through maintenance to secure decommissioning.

 * Software Asset Management (SAM): Track software license utilization, verify license allocation requests, prevent over-licensing, and support vendor audit readiness.
 * Inventory & CMDB Tracking: Maintain the Asset Management Database (AMDB/CMDB) to ensure accurate, real-time inventory visibility across remote and onsite teams.
 * Procurement Support: Collaborate with fiscal and procurement teams to review renewals, support purchasing, and evaluate hardware/software pricing.
 * Governance & Workflows: Enforce ITAM policies, asset approval protocols, and automated tracking workflows.
 * End-User & Field Support: Provide hands-on hardware/software support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and iOS/Android mobile devices.
 * Troubleshooting & Infrastructure: Assist field offices with system imaging, LAN connectivity troubleshooting, and local technical issues.
 * Ticketing & Reporting: Manage tickets and document system architectures in the service portal; generate routine reports on asset utilization, compliance risk, and refresh cycles.
