## About the Role

* 5+ years of backend development in Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ experience also relevant), plus solid working experience with React.
 * Proven production experience with microservices architecture.
 * Strong skills with both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
 * Solid experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs.
 * Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider.
 * Ability to own a module or technical project end to end and drive it independently.
 * Strong software design fundamentals (principles, patterns) and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.
 * English - Upper-Intermediate level and above, with strong verbal and written communication.
 * Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage.

Nice to have:

 * Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions.
 * Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes.
 * Maturity with AI-assisted development - able to review and understand generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
 * Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

## Description

* Design and build scalable backend services using microservices and containerized solutions on AWS.
 * Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver robust, maintainable software.
 * Model data and build/integrate REST APIs with third-party systems; contribute to frontend where needed.
 * Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into well-scoped tasks.
 * Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold coding standards.
 * Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability while keeping up with industry trends., 1:1 English Classes: Individual English language training to enhance your communication skills.
