* Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must already be held)
 * Certified System Administrator Certification from ServiceNow
 * Certified Implementation Specialist in Integrated Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and Compliance
 * High School/GED + 20 years relevant experience
 * Associate's degree + 15 years
 * Bachelor's degree + 12 years
 * Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives
 * Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
 * Proficiency developing and maintaining customer focused reports and dashboards
 * Hands on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions

## Description

* Review and analyze Authorization Services processes, procedures, and technical solutions
 * Coordinate with government stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads
 * Recommend modernization of authorization service policies, practices, and IT solutions
 * Produce and maintain documentation for lifecycle hardware maintenance processes
 * Draft technical solutions to enhance and modernize infrastructure services (with government approvals)
 * Evaluate applications for capabilities, languages, and migration readiness
 * Provide collaboration and information sharing tools to support training, outreach, and stakeholder awareness
 * Conduct analysis, develop processes, and produce deliverables to increase mission stakeholder knowledge
 * Lead Systems Engineering efforts and major phases of complex IT projects
