 * The ability to communicate clearly and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, international engineering team where you will shape critical backend systems, influence architecture across multiple squads, and help set the technical direction for a rapidly evolving platform.

What you'll do

 * Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, highly reliable backend services written in Go.
 * Solve complex distributed-systems problems involving performance, resilience, observability, and correctness.
 * Drive technical initiatives across several engineering squads, from discovery through production rollout.
 * Partner closely with Product, Platform, Data, and Engineering leaders to turn customer needs into pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
 * Apply Domain-Driven Design to create clear service boundaries and maintainable domain models.
 * Raise engineering standards across testing, code quality, documentation, operational readiness, and incident prevention.
 * Mentor engineers and provide thoughtful technical leadership without stepping away from hands-on development.
