This role will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor, driving platform architecture, governance, and innovation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM/HAM, and GRC/IRM. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and multi-module ServiceNow implementations, and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
