* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
 * 8-10 years of relevant UX, UI, usability, or product design experience
 * Proficiency in creating UI designs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
 * Demonstrated experience supporting usability evaluations, task-based testing, or user-centered product validation
 * Clear understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with product teams
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance

## Description

* Execute user-centered design and validation activities for a growing portfolio of digital experiences
 * Partner with Product Managers, UI Designers, SMEs, and UX Leads to improve usability, adoption, and workflow alignment
 * Independently create UI designs and high-fidelity prototypes grounded in Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles
 * Develop and facilitate task-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and sessions
 * Conduct user touchpoints such as usability sessions, feedback reviews, and validation activities
 * Translate user insights and UX guidance into product-specific flows, interactions, and recommendations
