## Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Division wide centralized data. This role will build reliable dashboards and validate/clean the data to ensure accurate insights are available for team members and leaders. The role will drive data into actionable business insights.

Core Responsibilities

 1. Data Collection & Preparation
 * Collect data from systems (ERP, production, quality, finance, HR)
 * Clean and validate data for accuracy and consistency

 2. Analysis & Insight Generation
 * Identify trends, patterns, and root causes (e.g., scrap, downtime, turnover)
 * Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data

 3. Reporting & Visualization
 * Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
 * Translate complex data into clear, simple insights for leaders

 4. Business Partnering
 * Work with operations, finance, HR, and engineering
 * Define KPIs and measure performance against business goals

 5. Decision Support
 * Provide recommendations to improve
