* Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
 * Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
 * Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long-term engineering design.
 * Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization.
 * Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
 * Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.
