 * Build scalable ML/AI models with a focus on Demand Forecasting and Retail analytics.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
 * Lead and mentor Data Science teams, supporting career growth and technical excellence.
 * Present insights, recommendations, and business impact to client leadership.
 * Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
 * Build production-ready ML pipelines, deploy models, and monitor model performance.
 * Drive innovation through AI research, advanced analytics, and organizational initiatives.
