* Vous préparez un diplôme en informatique (BTS SIO, BUT Réseaux & Télécoms, Licence professionnelle ou équivalent)
 * Vous avez une première connaissance des environnements Windows, réseaux et matériels informatiques
 * Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) par l'apprentissage technique
 * Vous aimez le contact client et le travail en équipe
 * Le permis B est un plus

## Description

Sous la responsabilité du responsable technique, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

 * Installation et configuration de postes informatiques, serveurs et équipements réseau
 * Maintenance préventive et corrective des matériels informatiques
 * Assistance et support technique auprès des utilisateurs
 * Diagnostic et résolution des incidents matériels et logiciels
 * Déploiement de solutions de sauvegarde et de sécurité informatique
 * Participation à l'administration des réseaux et systèmes
 * Préparation et livraison de matériel informatique chez les clients
 * Rédaction de comptes rendus d'intervention et documentation technique
