Nice to Have * OCR / Document AI experience with tools such as PaddleOCR or Tesseract. * Desktop automation, screen capture, RPA, or process mining experience. * Experience with financial, accounting, ERP, or operational data. * Experience with SOC 2, Vanta, or Drata. * Previous early-stage startup or founding-team experience. ## Description We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer to own the entire journey from raw operational data to production-ready customer solutions. You'll work across data/document intelligence, AI agents & automation, and product/cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on founding-team role where you'll help define what the company builds and work directly on customer-facing solutions. What You'll Do Data & AI * Build data and document extraction pipelines across PDFs, OCR, Excel, CSVs, emails, and ERP systems. * Develop production-grade AI agents and automation using Claude, tool calling, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks. * Implement verification, reconciliation, and evaluation systems to ensure accurate and reliable outputs. Product & Cloud * Own the full AWS infrastructure, including ECS, Lambda, S3, PostgreSQL, queues, and IAM. * Build and maintain multi-tenant products, dashboards, approval workflows, and customer-facing deliverables. * Work across the stack, from data pipelines and backend services to React interfaces.
