## About the Role

Java / React / AI-Assisted Development: Please prioritize candidates with strong Java + React/TypeScript + SQL Server + AI coding-agent experience. AI experience should be practical and hands-on rather than limited to general knowledge of generative AI., The strongest candidate will be a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer who can work across both backend and frontend, with strong Java/Spring Boot + React/TypeScript + SQL Server experience.

They should also be comfortable using AI coding agents as part of their daily development workflow, while maintaining the engineering discipline required for financial applications-particularly around security, data accuracy, testing, performance, and reliability., We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable applications for financial and operational platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and SQL Server, along with experience building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.

A key focus of this role is the use of agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate software development. The candidate must be able to effectively use AI-generated code while applying strong engineering judgment to review, validate, secure, test, and improve the output.

The role also requires someone who can take ownership of technical solutions, participate in code reviews, establish development standards, and work directly with business stakeholders., * 7+ years of Full Stack Software Development

 * Java / Spring Boot - Advanced
 * Spring Security / Spring Data
 * React / TypeScript - Strong hands-on experience
 * SQL Server / Relational Databases
 * REST APIs and Microservices
 * Docker and Kubernetes
 * Git and CI/CD - Azure DevOps preferred
 * Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic/AI development tools
 * JUnit / Mockito and frontend testing such as Jest / Playwright
 * Object-oriented programming and software design patterns
 * Secure coding and application performance optimization
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

AI Development Experience - Important

Candidates should have actual hands-on experience using AI coding/agentic development tools, not simply exposure to ChatGPT or AI concepts., * Financial Services, Private Equity, or Fund Administration experience

 * Sage Intacct or similar financial/accounting platforms
 * Azure Cloud and cloud-native development
 * Financial transaction processing or reporting platforms
 * Python for scripting and automation
 * LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks
 * Experience mentoring developers on AI-assisted development
 * Agile/Scrum experience

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
 * Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and TypeScript.
 * Develop applications supporting financial operations, transaction processing, reporting, and business workflows.
 * Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
 * Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
 * Integrate applications with enterprise and financial platforms such as Sage Intacct.
 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and follow modern DevOps practices.
 * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
 * Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, security practices, and technical documentation.
 * Develop automated unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure application quality.
 * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
 * Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and operational processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 * Mentor developers and help establish effective AI-assisted software development practices.
