## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Revenue Engine Team. This team focuses on understanding and optimizing the fundamental economics of the mobile ad tech marketplace, including demand elasticity and competitive effects. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing statistical models and production systems aimed at balancing advertiser performance with overarching business objectives. Your role will involve tuning optimization parameters, designing experiments to validate economic theories, and developing applications that enhance advertiser budget retention, growth, and bidding strategies. Collaboration with a talented team of engineers, data analysts, and cross-functional peers is essential to drive innovation and improve system outcomes. You will also be responsible for communicating complex statistical and machine learning concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of
engineering excellence through the use of state-of-the-art tools, rigorous testing, and transparent system design., * Build and deploy statistical models and production systems to optimize advertiser performance and align with business goals

 * Tune and optimize parameters within models to improve efficiency and effectiveness
 * Design and execute experiments to validate economic and machine learning theories underlying mobile ad tech
 * Develop applications focused on advertiser budget retention, growth, margin optimization, and bidding innovations
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data analysts, and operations to implement solutions
 * Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
 * Maintain high standards of engineering excellence through rigorous testing, system explainability, and code reviews
 * Stay current with advancements in machine learning, economics, and ad tech industry trends
