## Description

* Leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects (and programs) across functions and regions.
 * Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
 * Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
 * Coordinates resources, stakeholders, and dependencies across involved teams.
 * Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.
 * Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.
 * Drives alignment with business objectives and ensures realization of expected outcomes.
 * Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.
 * Provides regular and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership.
 * Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.
 * Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction., * Owns project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope and authority.
 * Makes decisions on project-level risks, issues, and changes.
 * Drives prioritization of tasks and resources within the project.
 * Escalates critical topics to Project Sponsor or governance bodies when required.
 * Ensures accurate and timely project reporting.
