## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Identify high-impact technical problems with AI Lead and translate them into concrete solutions * Build end-to-end AI workflows (data, model/agent logic, evaluation, deployable prototypes) * Apply engineering best practices: model behavior analysis, evaluation pipelines, human-in-the-loop review * Integrate prototypes into real systems via APIs and services with observability (latency, cost, quality) * Produce demos and documentation; clearly communicate results, tradeoffs, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders Responsabilidades * 1-3 years of end-to-end product development experience or relevant internships * Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agents * Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) * Knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices; familiarity with Docker and/or container technologies * Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) *
