## About the Role

You have proven senior-level experience in HRIS AMS (Application Maintenance Services) .
You know Oracle HCM Cloud and have expertise in one or more areas: Core HR (mandatory) , ORC, Performance, Learning, Compensation, and others ( certifications are a plus , not required if you have strong hands-on experience).
You are comfortable in a multi-stakeholder environment: operations, HR, IT, vendor/publisher Your level of English or/ and French is fluent Rapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certification A good work-life balance with remote working possibilities

HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, helps clients with their HR transformation projects, covering both human and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) aspects.Our mission is to support our clients at every step of their HR digital transformation with a comprehensive range of services.Advise to Outsource !HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) OUTSOURCE : We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale Our latest fundraising of 1 billion euros aims to accelerate our growth and international expansion.Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation.As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant , you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert , playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.Drive service quality : SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.Organize and secure deployments : releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates : impacts, trade-offs and business value.Serve as a go-to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development.Structure and maintain best practices : templates, guides, checklists, configuration/support standards and knowledge capitalization.Contribute to the operating model : coaching junior consultants, workload management and arbitration/prioritization.Help improve delivery methods (quality, industrialization, documentation, tooling).Collaborate with project teams ( Build ?
