Although this is not required, it is highly beneficial. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to clearly and concisely present analysis and recommend specific actions to be taken. * Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customers. Work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. ## Description As a Sr. IT Manager , you will lead a team of analytics and visualization developers that will support enterprise and business units in business intelligence and provide the vision for the future state of the BI & Analytics environment. You will develop relationships with both business and IT leaders to bridge the gap and drive successful solutions. You will be expected to stay current on industry trends and identify how to incorporate necessary trends within UMB's BI & Analytics vision. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) at the UMB Technology & Operations Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.
