## About the Role

We are seeking experienced developers who would like to work in Ruby on Rails (not previous experience required)., If you're a senior backend engineer who enjoys building secure, scalable systems and wants to be involved early in a new team, this could be a great next step.

## Description

* Design, build and iterate on backend-heavy systems across IAM, APIs, internal and external integrations, ensuring security, privacy and reliability at scale.
 * Provide security leadership across the whole application, resolving issues that affect the product as a whole.
 * Lead technical decision-making when designing new features, refactors or integrations where security is a critical factor.
 * Diagnose and resolve critical issues, such as customers being unable to log in due to authorization failures.
 * Deliver features end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
 * Drive system reliability, performance and maintainability.
 * Engage in architecture discussions with wider engineering leadership.
