## Description

* Sicherstellung einer effizienten, konsistenten und qualitativ hochwertigen Prozesslandschaft
 * Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessharmonisierung
 * Erkennen, Analysieren und Abstimmen von Auswirkungen veränderter Prozesse im Umfeld
 * Aktualisierung der bestehenden Prozessdokumentation in Abstimmung mit Prozesseignern
 * Beratung bei der Prozessgestaltung und Entwicklung von Prozessmodellen
 * Identifikation von Prozesslücken im Gesamtprozess und Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und Dokumentation im System "BIC Truck"
 * Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prozess-Workshops
 * Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Prozessdigitalisierung inkl. Ableitung relevanter KPIs
 * Sicherstellung der disziplinierten Prozessbefolgung innerhalb der Höchstleistungsorganisation
 * Weiterentwicklung der Tools im Validierungsprozess (z. B. "eTool")
 * Einholen und Aufbereiten von User-Anforderungen
 * Issue Management, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Systemänderungen
