## Description

* Betreuung der Anwender an den Techlounge-Standorten sowie per Remote Support
 * Erstellen und Pflegen von Tickets im ITSM-/Ticketsystem des Kunden
 * 1st-Level-Support für Windows-, macOS- und iOS-Endgeräte (inkl. BYOD)
 * Unterstützung bei betriebssystemnaher Software (Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, MS Office, VDI/Citrix)
 * Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Leihnotebooks bei dringendem Bedarf
 * Hilfestellung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Hardware und Zubehör
 * Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation zur Übergabe an den 2nd Level Support
 * Nutzung von Wissensdatenbanken und Anleitungen zur Störungsbehebung
 * Betreuung deutsch- und englischsprachiger Anwender im persönlichen Kontakt
 * Unterstützung bei Installation paketierter Software und Grundkonfiguration am Arbeitsplatz
