A recognised professional project-management certification is required, such as: * IPMA Level C or higher * PRINCE2 Practitioner * PMI PMP * Comparable recognised professional qualification In addition, training or certification in agile project management methodologies is required. Any time-limited certification used as evidence must still be valid at the time of submission. Required Professional Experience Senior IT Project Management At least 6 years of continuous and substantive professional experience leading high-complexity IT projects. The experience should include practical application of established project-management methodologies and demonstrable responsibility for complex project delivery. Agile Project Experience Within the required professional experience, at least 2 years of practical experience in agile projects is required. The role combines end-to-end project leadership, project controlling, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, risk and dependency management, and PMO-related activities. Projects may be managed using traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies and typically involve complex technical and organizational environments.
