 * Application Management für SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
 * Bearbeitung und Analyse von Supportanfragen (2nd/3rd Level) im Bereich:
 + SAP TM
 + SAP Event Management
 + Schnittstellen zu S/4 Logistiksystemen
 + Anbindungen externer Drittsysteme
 * Fehleranalyse, Incident- und Problem-Management
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern
 * Nutzung und Pflege von Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira)
 * Unterstützung bei Optimierungen, Customizing und kleineren Erweiterungen, * Verfügbarkeit pro Woche
 * Stabilität der Auslastung
 * Stundensatz (Remote / On-site)
