 * Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung bestehender HCM-Systemlandschaften - inklusive Systemanpassung, Optimierung und fortlaufender Prozessverbesserung
 * Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektverantwortung in abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten
 * Fachliche Unterstützung von Kunden und internen Kolleg:innen sowie Weitergabe von Know-how zu HCM-Themen
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung von Lösungen und Optimierungen in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld, * Unterstützung für Familien sowie Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
