* Du hast eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Beratung und / oder SAP Modulbetreuung mit Fokus auf die Integration zwischen SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM.

 * BIB und Point-to-Point sind für dich keine Fremdworte.

 * Du kennst dich in der SAP HCM Personaladministration und Organisationsmanagement und im SuccessFactors EC mitsamt Position Management aus. KnowHow in der SAP HCM Personalabrechnung und Personalzeitwirtschaft sind für dich von Vorteil.

 * Neben einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache zeichnet dich außerdem eine hohe soziale Kompetenz aus.

## Description

* Du bist für die Remote Betreuung und Optimierung der SAP Systeme unserer Kund:innen im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM mit Fokus auf die Integration und Datenreplikation verantwortlich.

 * Du analysierst und designst effiziente Prozesse in den o.g. Modulen und bist für die technische Umsetzung mittels Customizings verantwortlich.

 * Mit deiner Expertise in der Integration zwischen SAP SuccessFactors EC mit SAP HCM (PA, OM) übernimmst du schnell den Support von Bestandskund:innen in diesem Bereich.

 * Bei der eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung von Schulungen für unsere Kundschaft und Interessierende ist dein Engagement gefragt.
