 * On-site, * Installation von Hardware und Software in der Produktion und Verwaltung. Überwachung, Erweiterung und Dokumentation der gesamten Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Windows-Server, Linux-Server, Netzwerk, Firewall etc.)
 * Unterstützung von Kunden in der Testphase, der QS bei Funktionstests und der Abteilung 'Vertrieb' bei technischen Problemen
 * Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung telefonisch und per E-Mail durchführen
