## Description

Responsibilities:* Deploy, operate and optimize Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to ensure that security measures align with Fortinet's recommended practices and perform optimally.* Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and security concerns, while evaluating potential risks to their data, software, and hardware infrastructure. * Cultivate a thorough understanding of customers' business operations and technological needs to provide tailored solutions.* Own service requests, ensuring their prompt and efficient execution within designated SLAs.* Monitor performance, capacity, and security threats for managed devices.* Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.* Implement and execute defensive strategies to address cybersecurity breaches and events, safeguarding critical information assets, data repositories, and system infrastructure.* Produce regular reports to summarize service activity and performance.* Develop core competency
