 * bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Transformation Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in komplexen IT- oder Transformationsumfeldern mit.
 * verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean oder skalierten agilen Ansätzen und kannst diese situationsgerecht einsetzen.
 * hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops, Trainings, Retrospektiven und Veränderungsformaten für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
 * verstehst komplexe Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse, kannst Anforderungen strukturieren und agile Arbeitsweisen mit Governance-, Projekt- und Portfoliostrukturen verbinden.
 * kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch, trittst souverän auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen auf und überzeugst durch Empathie, Klarheit und Umsetzungsstärke.

 * Be an early applicant, * begleitest die agile Transformation innerhalb Business Solutions und unterstützt Teams dabei, agile Prinzipien, Rollen, Methoden und Routinen nachhaltig anzuwenden.
 * coachst Führungskräfte, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Projektleiterinnen, Projektleiter und Teams im wirksamen Einsatz agiler, hybrider und skalierter Arbeitsweisen.
 * entwickelst gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern passende Vorgehensmodelle für Transformations-, Digitalisierungs- und Implementierungsvorhaben und unterstützt deren Einführung im Projektalltag.
 * moderierst Workshops, Retrospektiven, Reviews und weitere agile Formate, förderst kontinuierliches Lernen und leitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
 * treibst den Einsatz agiler Methoden, geeigneter Tools und gemeinsamer Standards voran und stärkst Transparenz, Zusammenarbeit und Ergebnisorientierung über Teams hinweg.
 * erkennst Hindernisse in Zusammenarbeit, Entscheidungswegen und Arbeitsprozessen frühzeitig und unterstützt Teams sowie Führungskräfte bei deren Lösung.
