* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der M365-Plattform im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekten in der M365-Umgebung
 * Ausbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen innerhalb der M365-Plattform
 * Steuerung, Abstimmung und Qualitätskontrolle externer Dienstleister im Rahmen des Service-Managements
 * Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Integration neuer Softwarelösungen in die bestehende Systemlandschaft
 * Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für externe Beratungsunternehmen
