 * On-site, * Technische Steuerung von Softwareprojekten im Stack über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg, inkl. Anforderungsklärung, Konzeptableitung, Umsetzungsstrukturierung sowie Risiko- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
 * Technische Gegenstimme im Produktprozess durch Überführung von PO-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Architektur und Sicherstellung von API-First- sowie CoWorker-Standards
 * Technische Gesamtverantwortung für den Stack mit Fokus auf Architektur- und API-Standards, Code-Qualität, Technologieentscheidungen und Dokumentation (u.a. via Claude Code)
 * Delivery-Verantwortung im Sprint durch Mitgestaltung der Planung, Verantwortung von Schätzungen, Lösung von Blockern und Bestätigung der technischen DoD
 * Sicherstellung der CoWorker-Readiness durch Verantwortung für API-Reifegrad (L4), MCP-Server-Qualität, Capability Register und Semantic Data Mapping
 * Sicherstellung von Betrieb, Qualität und Security inkl. Ownership, Monitoring, Incident-Eskalation, Steuerung technischer Schulden und Security-Standards
