## About the Role

* Master-/Diplomabschluss in Projektmanagement, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Master-/Diplomniveau
 * Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT / Informationssysteme
 * Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie vorausgesetzte Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement oder als Senior Project Manager (IT)
 * Erforderliche Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
 * Erforderliche Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Datenschutzrecht
 * Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

## Description

Als SPIR Specialist begleiten Sie die Einführung neuer IT-Systeme im Konzern. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Prüfung von Zuständigkeiten, der Erstellung und Abstimmung erforderlicher Unterlagen sowie der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen und Arbeitnehmervertretungen., * Anlaufstelle für alle im Konzern neu einzuführenden IT-Systeme

 * Prüfung der Zuständigkeit der jeweiligen Arbeitnehmervertretungen
 * Erstellung und Abstimmung der notwendigen Unterlagen mit dem Fachbereich
 * Abstimmung der Unterlagen mit der IT-Arbeitsgruppe
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Verhandlungen gemeinsam mit der IT-Arbeitsgruppe und den Fachbereichen, * Act as the point of contact for all new IT systems to be introduced within the group
 * Review the responsibilities of the respective employee representative bodies
 * Prepare and coordinate the required documentation with the specialist department
 * Coordinate the documentation with the IT working group
 * Prepare and conduct negotiations together with the IT working group and the specialist departments
