## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung von SAP Transportation Management (Transportplanung, Transportausführung, Freight Order Management, Freight Settlement, Carrier Collaboration, Basic & Advanced Shipping) sowie in SAP S/4HANA Transformations-, Implementierungs- oder Rollout-Projekten
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozessen sowie der Integration von SAP TM mit SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA und weiteren Logistiklösungen. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Interesse an aktuellen Technologien und Trends wie AI, Digital Supply Chain, Business Networks und Prozessautomatisierung
 * Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Fach- und Managementebene sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) und Reisebereitschaft im nationalen und internationalen Projektumfeld

## Description

Als Teil unseres SAP Process & Technology Consulting Teams an den Standorten Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Köln, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart und München unterstützt du nationale und internationale Unternehmen dabei, ihre Transport- und Logistikprozesse nachhaltig zu transformieren und die digitale Supply Chain der Zukunft zu gestalten.

Dabei arbeitest du an innovativen Transformationsprogrammen rund um SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management und moderne Supply-Chain-Technologien. Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

 * Beratung nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten im Bereich SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (Basic & Advanced Shipping)
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von End-to-End-Transportprozessen entlang der gesamten Transportkette - von der Transportplanung über die Transportausführung bis zum Frachtkostenmanagement - sowie Identifikation neuer Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale für unsere Mandant:innen
 * Konzeption und Implementierung integrierter Transport- und Logistikprozesse in SAP TM einschließlich der Integration zu SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Network for Logistics, Telematiksystemen und externen Logistikplattformen
 * Leitung und Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard- und Fit-Gap-Workshops sowie fachliche Begleitung von Design-, Realisierungs-, Test- und Rolloutphasen in komplexen Transformationsprogrammen
 * Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für die digitale Supply Chain mit modernen Technologien wie AI, SAP Business AI, BTP und Process Automation - inklusive aktiver Mitwirkung beim Ausbau unseres SAP Supply Chain Portfolios, * Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig für den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fähigkeiten.
