* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte, idealerweise im Umfeld von IT-Infrastruktur oder Public-Sector-Projekten
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
 * Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement, z. B. IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner oder Scrum PSM oder PSPO
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project sowie in den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und SharePoint
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
 * Souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Management und Projektteams
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

* Gesamtverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturprojekte
 * Analyse und Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter technischer Lösungsansätze
 * Steuerung von Projektumfang, Terminen, Budgets, Ressourcen und Qualitätsanforderungen
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Management von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Änderungen im Projektumfeld
 * Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie externer Dienstleister
 * Aktives Stakeholdermanagement auf Kunden-, Management- und Fachbereichsebene
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Meilensteine und Projektziele
 * Durchführung des Projektcontrollings sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Statusberichte und Management-Reports
 * Präsentation von Projektergebnissen und Entscheidungsvorlagen gegenüber relevanten Stakeholdern
