## Description

* Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche zu SAP HCM Lösungen und Funktionen
 * Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM Module
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern sowie Unterstützung der Anwender
 * Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden SAP-Projekten und Integrationen
 * Optimierung und Neugestaltung von HR-Prozessen in Payroll, Organisation und Stammdaten
 * Weiterentwicklung digitaler Personalprozesse und der digitalen Personalakte
 * Umsetzung und Überwachung interner Kontrollmaßnahmen (IKS)
 * Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen, Prüfungen und weiteren HR-Sonderthemen
