## About the Role

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Azure-Infrastrukturen mit.
 * Du bist sicher in Azure (IaaS/PaaS, Netzwerk, Storage, Entra ID, Governance) und beherrschst Linux sowie Windows-Serverbetriebssysteme.
 * Du hast mit Databricks gearbeitet und/oder kennst Microsoft Fabric aus der Plattformperspektive.
 * Infrastructure as Code ist deine Arbeitsweise: Terraform oder Bicep, dazu Skripting (PowerShell, Python oder Bash) und Git-basiertes Arbeiten.
 * Erfahrung mit FinOps bzw. Cloud-Kostensteuerung ist ein starkes Plus.
 * Du kennst dich mit Netzwerktechnik, Security-Grundlagen (Zero Trust, Secrets-Management, Defender for Cloud) und Performance-Optimierung aus.
 * Azure-Zertifizierungen (z. B. AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500) sowie Fabric- oder Databricks-Zertifizierungen sind jederzeit willkommen - vorhandene schätzen wir, fehlende fördern und finanzieren wir.
 * Durch deine hohe Eigeninitiative und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit bringst du deine Ideen sowohl intern als auch im Umfeld unserer Kunden erfolgreich ein. Hierfür sind fließende (auf C-Niveau) Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.

 * Be an early applicant, * Als technischer Experte berätst du Kunden sowie Kollegen, analysierst Anforderungen und konzipierst Cloud-, Data- & AI-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric und Databricks.
 * Dein Schwerpunkt ist dabei technischer Natur: Du baust Landing Zones, Netzwerke, Authentifizierungs- und Governance-Strukturen auf und verantwortest deren sicheren, dokumentierten und störungsfreien Betrieb. ITIL ist für dich kein Fremdwort, sondern dein täglicher Begleiter.
 * Du automatisierst, statt zu klicken: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform oder Bicep), CI/CD-Pipelines (Azure DevOps oder GitHub Actions) und wiederverwendbare Module sind für dich der Normalfall.
 * Du hast die Kosten im Blick: Mit FinOps-Methoden schaffst du Transparenz über Azure- und Databricks-Ausgaben, dimensionierst Umgebungen richtig und machst Verbrauch für Fachbereiche nachvollziehbar.
 * Du bringst KI in den produktiven Betrieb: Azure AI Services, RAG- und Vektor-Infrastruktur sowie MCP-Server, Agents und deren Skills richtest du ein, sicherst sie ab und betreibst sie zuverlässig.
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung als Berater für Migrations-, Modernisierungs- und Einführungsprojekte und unterstützt bei Monitoring- und Support-Aufgaben.
 * An der Schnittstelle zu SAP arbeitest du eng mit unseren SAP-Basis-Experten zusammen, wenn SAP-Daten nach Fabric oder Databricks fließen sollen.
