 * Durchführen von Changes, Patches und Upgrades nach definierten Prozessen
 * Überwachung und Betrieb der Plattformsysteme (Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Capacity Management)
 * Fehleranalyse, Incident- und Problemmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Support, Service Owner und Team-Lead
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Automatisierung von Runbooks und Betriebsdokumentationen
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben (Härtung, Patchmanagement, Zugriffskontrolle)
 * Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, * Für das virtual Datacenter Team suchen wir einen Operations-Specialist, der bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb der Infrastructure-as-a-Service Plattform unterstützt
 * Zusammen mit deinem Team sorgst du für einen störungsfreien Betrieb der Rechenzentren und unterstützt Kunden dabei, ihre Workload auf dem Stack ans Fliegen zu bringen
 * Proaktives Identifizieren und Beheben technischer Probleme, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren
 * Zeitnahe Reaktion auf Incidents und Koordination der Bemühungen zur Fehlerbehebung
 * Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Incidents und Entwicklung präventiver Maßnahmen, um wiederkehrende Probleme zu minimieren
