 * On-site, * Weiterentwicklung der Product Vision einer anspruchsvollen Software für die Produktion optischer High-Tech-Systeme gemeinsam mit dem Scrum-Team
 * Verantwortung für die Entwicklung eines oder mehrerer Softwareprodukte im Umfeld komplexer Produktionsprozesse
 * Leitung der Anforderungsaufnahme mit Produktions- und Entwicklungsabteilungen sowie Überführung der Anforderungen in ein Product Backlog mit klar strukturierten, priorisierten und dokumentierten Entwicklungsaufgaben
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für fachliche Rückfragen innerhalb des Entwicklungsprozesses
 * Gemeinsame Aufwandsabschätzung mit dem Team sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung der Sprints
 * Schaffung einer Schnittstelle zwischen agiler und klassischer Projektwelt, um sowohl kurzfristige Sprintplanung als auch langfristige Meilensteinplanung für Stakeholder zu ermöglichen
 * Einführung der Softwareprodukte in der Produktion sowie Ansprechpartner bei auftretenden Problemen
 * Abstimmung mit weiteren Scrum-Teams zur Standardisierung von Architekturen sowie Unterstützung eines selbstorganisierten Teams im Sinne eines Servant Leaders
