 * Vorausschauende organisatorische Unterstützung durch Priorisierung des Posteingangs und rechtzeitiges Einholen benötigter Unterlagen
 * Professionelles Kommunikationsmanagement für eine reibungslose interne und externe Korrespondenz
 * Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Meetings und Workshops inklusive Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Erstellung relevanter Unterlagen wie Protokollen
 * Strukturiertes digitales Dokumenten- und Informationsmanagement mit zuverlässiger Ablage und Verwaltung aller relevanten Daten sowie Übernahme der Powerbanfer-Funktion durch eigenständige Initiierung, Anlage und Verwaltung von Bestellungen sowie die Überwachung des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses
 * Umfassende Organisation von Geschäftsreisen von der Planung über die Buchung bis zur Abrechnung
