 * Verständnis für stabile, revisionssichere Prozesse (Dokumentation, Standards, Nachvollziehbarkeit)
 * Studium im IT-nahen Umfeld (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) - jeweils mit nachweisbarer, relevanter Berufserfahrung im SAP-Berechtigungsmanagement

 * Bearbeitung von Benutzeranträgen: Rollenvergabe, Anpassungen, Support im Berechtigungsprozess
 * Konzeptarbeit & Standards: Pflege/Weiterentwicklung des Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepts (inkl. wiederverwendbarer Standards)
 * Integration & Wachstum: Berechtigungen im Rahmen von Integrationen/Migrationen mitdenken, vorbereiten und in die Zielwelt überführen
 * Fiori-Weiterentwicklung: Erweiterung/Strukturierung von Fiori-Berechtigungen (Launchpad-/Katalog-/Seitenkonzepte je nach Setup)
 * Übergaben an angrenzende Systeme: Abstimmung von Rollen-/Gruppen-/Mapping-Logiken, wenn Berechtigungen in angebundenen Systemen weiterverarbeitet werden (inkl. Rückführung nach SAP)
 * Troubleshooting bei Berechtigungsproblemen (z. B. Analyse fehlender Berechtigungen/Traces) und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Kolleg:innen, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern (z. B. bei Integrationen und Weiterentwicklungen)
