## Description

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Incidents (INCs) und Requests (REQs), die über das IT-Service-Management-System Matrix42 vom Service Desk an den Onsite Support übergeben werden
 * Dokumentation aller bearbeiteten Tickets und durchgeführten Maßnahmen im ITSM-System
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Knowledge-Base-Artikeln zur Optimierung des Supportprozesses
 * Unterstützung des Service Desks durch Weitergabe relevanter Lösungsinformationen
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Hardwareproblemen nach dem Best-Effort-Prinzip
 * Durchführung von Hardwarearbeiten außerhalb von Reparaturen innerhalb des Gerätegehäuses (PCs und Notebooks)
 * Koordination und Dokumentation von Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfällen mit Hardwareherstellern
 * Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Bereich Arbeitsplatz- und Endgerätesupport
 * Installation, Austausch und Konfiguration von IT-Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
 * Sicherstellung einer serviceorientierten Kommunikation mit Anwendern vor Ort
